This was a challenging build from many perspectives, not only the style of home but the fact that we were living 2000km away at the time and our ‘go-between’ left the area prior to the build starting!

We have to commend you and your team for taking on the extra responsibilities and building it as if it was your own. You made yourselves available at all times and weren’t afraid to give opinions or alternatives when required.

It was also reassuring to feel that we could contact Trent with a query and he would be able to point us in the right direction or have a solution.

Living out of the area it gave us further confidence, when speaking with or obtaining quotes for products locally, that there was always good feedback from them. You are obviously highly regarded in your profession.

During the project we always felt positive that we would end up with a quality build. This was reinforced when we visited the site and Trent would walk us through and volunteered what he was/wasn’t happy with and advise how he was going to proceed.
