​“Bradford Constructions was one of two reputable builders suggested by respected tradesmen when I needed major renovations. I felt very apprehensive at my first appointment but needn’t have. Trent and Anna made me feel comfortable, were very professional in their approach to my proposed project and were prompt in sending a detailed quote that was comparable with the other that came later. While my expectations of the standard of their builders and all of the sub-contractors were met, I hadn’t expected the level of ownership I experienced. It was almost as if my renovations were actually those of Bradford Constructions and it was wonderfully consoling.

Communication could not have been surpassed, the attitudes, skill and care of the builders was exceptional, totally trustworthy and cooperative. Bradford Constructions were also proactive, identifying some shortcomings in the plans and giving me carefully considered and priced options. Billing was sufficiently detailed, transparent and spaced at manageable intervals that enabled prompt payment. Trent and Anna marked the completion of the project with champagne and flowers, a very warming gesture, but their interest didn’t end there. There has been regular follow up to ensure that all is well with the new building and extraordinary assistance with minor additional projects. I cannot find sufficiently descriptive words to praise Bradford Constructions as much as they deserve and I am so pleased with my decision to begin my association with them.”
